What is the cost of shipping costs?

It depends on the shipping address and the type of shipment. If it is a standard shipment for mainland Spain, the shipment is €6 or FREE if the purchase exceeds €50.

Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: €40

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, almost everyone. Some of our shipments have been to Australia, France, Ireland, Los Angeles, New York, Mexico, Argentina... We prepare international orders with even more care so that they arrive in perfect condition at their destination. We complete the customs documents and everything necessary so that there is no problem in the shipment. Of course, they normally take more than 48 hours and depending on the destination and the transport company, it could take up to 15 days.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?

No, we do not accept returns. We are not a big company, nor are we Amazon, or anything like that. We only accept returns due to manufacturing errors and the term established by law is 14 days. In any case, we are sure that whatever you buy, you will love it and you will not want to return it.

Why are your prices so cheap?

Because we don't inflate them, basically. Our prices are fair according to the type of product and its quality, no more, no less. We have many years of experience in the sector and we are aware that many brands have taken advantage of their brand name to put exorbitant prices despite the quality of their products. We have seen recognized brands that sell products such as silver, when its interior is made of metal, not silver. On some occasion they even brought us to the store to fix an item of that type and obviously, it could not be fixed.

What if I'm allergic to silver?

Silver does not cause allergies, neither does gold cause allergies. Sterling silver or 925 silver is made up of 925 thousandths of silver and 75 thousandths of other metals. What happens is that years ago, nickel was used in those metals and that was what gave some people allergies, but its use was prohibited because in addition to causing allergies, it was carcinogenic. You can rest assured that the silver we sell at Hurtado y Uria Joyeros is not going to give you any allergies.

How will my order be shipped?

Each item is shipped in a jewelery box, usually screen-printed with our brand name "Hurtado y Uria Joyeros", or it could also go with the brand name of the jewel itself. The watches are sent in the original box of the brand, be it Lotus, Festina, Marea, Calypso, Jaguar...

Normally, the jewelery box or the watch box, we put it in another box to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition at its destination and that box in turn, in a shipping bag.

I'm from Bilbao, can I pick up my order at the store?

Although we have been at Autonomia 76 in Bilbao for more than 40 years, we no longer have a physical store and we only work online, so... no, sorry!

How do I know it will fit me?

That is difficult to know, we are not going to deceive you, but for that you have us on the other side for any questions. You can consult us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we will do our best to guide you so that you can make your purchase, making sure as much as possible that the product will look great on you.

If I buy a bracelet and it is too big for me, what do I do?

The best thing is that you go to a jewelry store and ask them to shrink it for you. It is something very simple that can be done with almost all silver bracelets (except those that are rigid) and the cost is very cheap.

If I buy a watch and it is too big for me, what do I do?

At the time of ordering, in the comments box that you will find in the purchase process, you can leave us the diameter of your wrist and we will do our best to shrink the watch to that approximate size (we would confirm by email or WhatsApp before sending you the request)

In any case, some watches have a bracelet that is very easy to shrink and you could even do it yourself, which is usually the case with watches with a mesh bracelet, which have a type of closure with a kind of plate that can be easily lifted to To adjust. In the case of another type of bracelet, it is preferable that you go to a jewelry or watch shop so that they can make you the smallest bracelet.

I have slanted ears, what earrings can fit me?

In that case, the best are earrings that have a large pressure closure, so that they fit well to the earlobe and do not fall off. They feel great despite having a ripped ear and normally, the earrings are usually also large, so the ripped ear is not even appreciated.
